Kale Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  1. Kale
  2. Raw Cheddar (grass-fed)
  3. Raw Jack (grass-fed)
  4. Tortilla (sprouted grain)
  5. Coconut Oil

Directions: Pre-heat toaster oven. Chop the kale and sauté in coconut oil. Add a layer of cheese to one tortilla, arrange the kale followed by another layer of cheese and tortilla. Press down. Heat for awhile them flip once. Slice and enjoy!
